Have the dealer replace it under warranty.

HI Bill.  I saw your brake thread, and from your description it sure sounds like you have air trapped somewhere.  When the level in the master cylinder dropped, that should have tipped off the guy at the dealership and he should have done a complete leak test and then performed the full ABS bleed process.  Just topping off the reservoir indicates to me he doesn't know much about brakes.  Find a better person at that dealership, or a better dealership.

This is a delamination according to my local dealer.  Meh speedometer on my 17 CVO Street glide was replaced for this.  Looked like water drips inside the glass.  A friend has had his speedometer replaced twice on his 17 CVO street glide for this.  My understanding is its fairly common for the 17 model years CVO's
