Has anybody tried putting pipes for a 2014-16 on the 17s. Looks like they would fit. I have a set of vh power duals with monster squared mufflers for 14 cvo and would like to put them on my 2017.

I believe that there are too many differences. The mufflers are shorter on the M8 bikes and the inlets are also different. An easy way to find out for sure is to compare part numbers for the older pipes vs. the ones that will fit the older bikes

The pipes are the same overall size as far as I can tell. The right side pipe is 4”. The left side is 3. So 17 and up are different from all prior

Port angles are different on the M8s also.
