Inner Fairing Cracks !!!!

We were looking at Bandana girls bike yesterday and found a crack on the inner fairing just above the tach. Question has anybody else had this problem, going to the dealer this weekend it should be covered ??? :nixweiss:

These curtain angles are a nightmare - especially when you can't see her husband coming up the drive !!
