The company that made those were Maisto. You can click on that link and see the CVO lineup that they offered. I don't believe they offered anything past the 2004 model year.

I knew the '00 SERG were offered also and wondered why they didn't come up in the CVO search. The were listed under Screamin Eagle @ Maisto.
