I've had problems finding neutral but I thought it was just me and the new bike.

Always had trouble finding neutral on every bike I've owned (including my old Honda).  On occasion shifting from 1st to 2nd I have found it by accident over the years...  Most times neutral harder to find if the bike is hot.  With the engine off it's a lot easier to find.

Does anybody with the hydraulic clutch note a slight throbbing of the clutch lever at idle?  It does not seem to affect the function of it, but if you hold the clutch lever in at idle you feel it pulsate.  Is this the norm for a hydraulic clutch?

It's normal to feel a pulsation.  Actually, if I remember correctly the cable version did the same thing if you just took up all the freeplay with the lever without actually disengaging it.

I have a SE Road King and a SE Springer, both 2008. I can find neutral very easy on the Springer, but the Road King is very sensitive. Overshooting, undershooting, etc. but I have it down. I wish the Road King was as easy as the Springer though because I have to verify the green light where the Springer I can find it with my eyes closed.
