Actually, we let squids come to the ball - but they gotta be proxy Marines like Corpsman/Devil Docs and Chaplains.

Ball tonight, wife is sweating the dress thing - has like 5 of them lined up.

Monday is the spectacular event, 10 Nov 75 - in Tun Tavern, Philadelphia PA.

But thanks for the thanks!  Know Beaufort must be humming like Jacksonville is, Marines in Blues, Mess Dress - hot looking girlfriends and wives in ball regalia, dressed to the 9's.  Tomorrow night is our celebration, get to put on my Mess Dress and enjoy an evening of camaraderie with my fellow Tuefelhunden, Jar Heads, Leathernecks, Gyrenes, Hard Chargers - you choose.
