Man,  that looks terrible,  hope they are able to get it out without further damage to the eye and that his vision is not impaired as a result.

I've had a big bass hook in my ear before that had to be cut out.  No fun when that stuff happens.

I've got a lure just exactly like that one in the pic,  not sure I want to use it now. :-\

OUCH!!! That's worse than a guy who caught one in the nose by the guy casting from the front of the boat. Bad part was the guy with the pole yanked after the catch. That thought will make ya pucker.
