Which header pipes?
« on: July 26, 2008, 05:44:55 PM »

What "true dual" type header pipes will work on a 2008 SEUC with the stock CVO exhaust other than Vance & Hines.  :confused5:
I would appreciate pros and cons for any make, including the V&H. Thanks, Jack.

Jack,

Some riders say that on the V&H headpipes the rear o2 bung interferes with the trans cover ?? Rush exhaust offers a true dual head pipe that does not have the o2 sensor obstruction and their systems are resin heat coated on the inside of the pipes which helps with the excessive heat issues. Hope this helps.

I have them with stock O2 sensors and there is no issue.  The issue some experienced was with wide band aftermarket o2 sensors such as with Zippers or others, which are considerably longer.
