Thanks again for the information Dartman. I think that's the way to go.

I'd drill the hole to hold the baffles, use a 1/4  :2vrolijk_21: x 1/2" stainless or chromed button head- it looks clean and will allow you to swap baffles in the future or repack the exhaust- jbweld is sort of permanent.

I know, I've gone back and forth about drilling thing. Did you do the drill job with screw and nut? If you did, would you be able to post a couple pics of your finished job so I can get someone elses end product? I don't see me ever wanting to swap out baffles once they're installed, especially if they are not as loud as Rinehart True Duals, which is what I had on the 05 SEEG. If for some reason I did have to remove them, would'nt it be the same process as removing the originals (grind out the JBWeld with a dremel grinder?). Thanks

I used the 2" Fullsac for my SE Touring Perf muffs and had Steve at Fullsac ship the flanges loose... Then I measured and welded the flanges onto the baffles.. Took some time to do the drilling and tapping but I have a nice set of 4" SE muffflers with a decent removable baffle. Home depot has the stainless steel button head screws 1/4x20 to hold the baffles in and in my case with the piston style end caps to hold the end caps on... Not a hard job at all..
