Have you tried playing some MP3's in your GPS and are they coming thru the speakers? Have you checked the volume setting to see if somehow the Navigation volume got turned down? Is your GPS running on (internal GPS) battery power and not power from motorcycle? We are talking about a Zumo or Roadtech (H-D branded Zumo)?

MP3s are supposed to play though the speakers when you play them on the GPS?
Mine don't.  I do get the directions from the speakers though.

Yes, they are. If you have power to the Zumo from the bike, the bike is on (or ACC), and you have the radio in Aux position you should hear your MP3's playing.

Just so I don't get to far in heading you down the wrong path what bike and model Zumo do you own, and are you using the NIM's module/harness that has come on some of the newer bikes?

2011 SEUC.  I haven't done any re-wiring in regards to GPS, so it's whatever harness came on the bike.

On the 2011 Roadtech 660, MP3 tunes loaded on the GPS will NOT play through the HK head unit unless you have a stereo patch cord from the output of the GPS to the AUX input on the HK head unit and have the mode switched to AUX.  The only output from the GPS that comes through the speakers is the audible instructions for directions.
