Charging system for Apple devices
« on: March 07, 2013, 06:48:12 PM »

I want to add charging capabilities for my Apple devices on my FLSTS2.
I would like it to be small, USB. Any ideas?

2.1 Amp USB power.  Just add a USB to Ipod cable.  Works better anyway as you won't have to change out the entire wiring connection when you upgrade to Apple's "new" connector or if you convert Android or Windows.

I have this unit on mine... works like a champ and will charge an iPhone faster than your wall wart.

That's a pricey item, but if you don't have a cigarette lighter on the bike looks to be the next best thing. Didn't see any "I" cables on their website.
