ALL 2014 and later Touring models have HD-LAN (CAN bus), so your 2015 FLTRSEU has it.  Since Harley doesn't approve of or support trailer towing, I assume you will need to check with the trailer companies for an appropriate wiring harness and controller.

I pulled the same trailer behind our 2011 and had one dealer holler void warranty and I asked him to show me the paper work or section that said void and that ended that talk.

Trailer towing, or even just the existence of a trailer hitch on the bike, CAN be used by H-D to justify refusing warranty claims on a case-by-case basis.  If you have a failure that could be shown to have been caused by the added stress of towing, they could refuse that particular claim.  However, they can't just void the entire warranty.  Towing isn't likely to affect the infotainment system for instance, or a clutch master cylinder failing, or the seat seams coming apart, or many of the other things common to Harley's.

On the other hand, if you have an ESP, that can be totally voided by the ESP company as they state in the contract, and specifically mention trailer towing.  As a service contract, they aren't held to the same legal requirements as the factory warranty under federal law.

Heck, #6 about dropping the bike would void a heck of a lot of warranties.

Btw, take that list in the owner's manual with a grain of salt.  Just like those statements companies put on work orders that say they are not responsible for any damage or loss to your vehicle, some of Harley's statements are also mostly BS intended to scare off the uninformed.  You have rights in the USA under federal law when it comes to product warranties.  The same is true in many other countries, some of which are much tougher than the one in the USA.

Dealers shouldn't push the issue too far if they know the warranty claim will go through and its not worth the risk of losing or having a disgruntled service customer.

For those items that fall into grey areas, the service manager should contact his Harley rep, explain the situation, and ask for approval.  That's the correct way to handle it, and it was the way I instructed the dealerships in my various territories to operate.  As the "factory guy", I could make decisions that were not within the rights of the dealership to make.  If a dealership chose to just try to slip stuff by, they were risking repercussions that could range from a slap on the wrist to a serious problem that could cost them serious money and even some people's jobs.  Fraud is serious business, and the dealership is obliged to fully understand warranty and policy administration, and to abide by the rules.  I know there are many folks who think it's OK to fudge on the rules, but that doesn't make fudging things right or defensible.
