I'm getting really finicky in my old age, don't drink a lot of comercial beers anymore, chit has to be really fresh for me to even want to drink it.
I usually go to the local breweries now and get the fresh stuff to go in the big 32oz crowlers  :2vrolijk_21:

Welcome to Florida, the buggy swampy jungle & tourist fleecing state - now with extra sharks & pythons!   :huepfenlol2:

Recovering from T-day now & also from a bad back.  Has kept me from riding lately. Brewed a Pliny the Elder clone a few weeks ago.  Tapped the keg last week.  Hoppy & 9% ABV but drinkable, turned out well.   :drink:

 :zroflmao: yea, St. Augustine is the tourist fleecing Mecca, last week was the Nights of Lights and there was well over 100k of them stumbling around with their wallets out  :huepfenlol2: but hey I'm not complaining, that's why Florida has a 20 billion dollar budget surplus, way better than living in Hellinois which has been broke for years and has the some of the highest taxes of any state. glad to be here hurricanes and all humidity you could ask for  :D

Pliny the Elder is a great Double IPA, lots of Amarillo and Simcoe to get that citrus and pine note  :2vrolijk_21:  as soon as I can my chit together I'm going to do a Double Citra hazy, I'm already friends with the local Brewery and the guys want to help get me started by supplying me with their special hazy yeast , grains and hops, just have to work out my chilling since you guys don't have cold tap water down here  :confused5:

That is a great beer!  Brewed a concoction called Festivus for the holidays, should be ready to be tapped by Thanksgiving.  Included mulling spices & orange rind and from the very active fermentation am expecting a high ABV.  Usually stick to water, grain, hops, & yeast recipes, decided to try something new. 

The Pliney clone was very good, may brew that one again this winter.
