Wow.....that Cliff Chester sounds like a real douche bag!

I don't believe the MoCo will let that city go long without a dealership and I'm sure that Bob Droan and other owners are already in touch with the MoCo to keep it going under new ownership.

Curious what happens with customer's bikes that are sitting in the dealership?  Anybody from the city on this forum?

A couple of the Perkins (husband and wife) were in the Harley Davidson hardback book that I'm in, Rebels With A Cause by Gail DeMarco.  I met them at the book signing party in Hollywood when the book was released, years ago.

I wonder how customers who have bikes in for service and repair are going to get their bikes back?  Imagine having your bike torn apart and just sitting there in a closed down shop.

Wow, that is sad.  I really feel for the customers whose bikes are in there, especially the ones that are taken apart.

Another article i read said that any customer's bikes in the shop in mid repair are getting shipped to San Jose.

That just sucks for the owners of those bikes.

How does this happen?  Is it all greed and lack of knowledge?  It seems to be a pattern in poor business practices.  People with no idea of how to run a good business are bankrupting everything, hotels, casinos, airlines, grocery stores and more. And then the two most important parts get screwed, the employees, and the customers while "management" walks away with a parachute and a bankruptcy.

It's sad.
