If for some reason you loose reception w/the satelite and pick it back up again it will judge the distance of the last signal and where you pick it up again and give you MPH relative to those two points. Just one of those things that you can impress your friends with or just make you go "hmmm".

Gary, checking the data here, are you sure you want to be using this as your fuel gauge?

It seems to me this could be as sceeeerrewweeeeddddd up as the POS factory gauge :huepfenlol2:

Only difference is these are isolated incidents. The POS fuel gauge is consistently a POS. ;)

Good point; speaking of points, the point to point information should be in the track data. As I remember it, in my case the track data showed some far-off point many miles away that I had not been near; I don’t remember the exact circumstances; hell I may have been there and forgotten!

LOL!!! That's good, but if that was the case all the other mileage data would be askew too. His is actually a real photo just like the one I posted. Just one of those GPS glitches when it looses contact w/satelite.
