Fender trim pieces from Kuryakyn

Just found these on their site under new products.  Specifically states for SE dressers....

The site also states they will be available August of 2007.  Perhaps those of you going to Sturgis will see them installed on a SE?

They don't state whether they're metal or plastic.  Hopefully, they're metal. :nixweiss:

I personally would like some kind of neat clean chrome to finish out the fender.  I too agree these need to be metal and not plastic, but I guess we will find out in a month or so.

Dont bet on the August date. Just recieved an order i placed in Dec 06.
Still waiting on an order placed in March, they said Spring 07.
August means Nov.

Everyone has their tastes, but this is why I bought my 05..  I wanted a bagger but didn't want an old man's bike.  I want to keep mine looking sporty and not make it look like a std Glide.

I do like that center trim that a lot of us have added down the middle of the fender.  But agree with Bob and just about everyone else that the edge trim really doesn't belong.  However.....

Wouldn't be a bad alternative compared against the cost of a new fender when/if the leading edge of someone's starts getting all chipped up.

...good point Twolanerider, but needs to be plain and shiney and not too retro for my SERG.
