Chuck,
I can't even come up with the words to adequately praise the design and quality of that work.  I have to admit I was one of the ones that recommended you stay with the factory paint scheme, but after seeing the work they did and how it turned out, I'm extremely glad you didn't listen to me and went with the custom color.  Simply awesome.!!! :2vrolijk_21:

Thanks Charlie. I'm looking forward to getting it all wrapped up soon. It's amazing how these projects get stretched out. It's almost spring. Time to get her back on the road. :)

Did you think about powdercoating the cylinders and diamond cutting the fins, ala Don?

Well, I need to leave something for next year. Plus, I don't want to spend anything on parts that will probably need to be replaced to fix my leak. After the problem gets solved :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2:  :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2:  :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2: I may do something like that. :2vrolijk_21:

Chuck,

Turn your back on a thread and look what happens!  Amazing!  I can't wait to see it in person.  This is definitely a case of obsession paying huge dividends!  The paint is well thought out and that candy is just pure eye candy!  We will patiently wait to see the completed project in person (do we really have a choice?)  Looking at the tank, fairing and side panels, it looks like the graphics flow very well, but with the matchine PC's frame, that thing will be blinding! Certainly look forward to seeing you collect those well deserved trophies with this one.  Keep the pictures coming!  I'm guessing it's big debut will be Copperhead end of March???  Stand proud, it is extremely well done!

Very, very nice, Chuck.  I really like the line, and it's not "overdone" if you know what I mean.  Tasteful and classy...good job   :2vrolijk_21:

Thanks Craig. I plan on being done around the first of the month if all goes well. Hopefully it will be dirty by time we get to CHL and not just rolling out of a trailer. :)

Thanks Terry. I wanted something nice, but not too much. I think the designer knocked the cover off of the ball on the design.  :)

Well now you're going to have a absolutely beautiful, one of a kind CVO. Bet you're sooooooo glad you went with custom paint instead of back stock. Linny
