Here is a thought, put all the information in a spreadsheet format.
Most spreadsheet programs have the ability to import data.
It would be up to the Mods to make a link to the spreadsheet data for members to access.

Once it gets to be any more than changing a post, we'll need a new archiver. Sounds like we need a computer dude to keep track of this now. Any volunteers?

Howie, with the list getting as long as it is, you'd probably be better off putting it in a Word document and attaching to the original post.  That would make it a lot easier to edit going forward, too.  Just a thought.

Agreed.  I did not see .xls on the allowed file types when I made my original post, or that's is what I'd have suggested, too.  Looking closer, though, it is there.

Neal, what sort of linking or other attachment options does the site have that we've never had reason to see from the civilian side yet?  Anything that would allow for a live and viewable list in the forum area, gallery area or otherwise?

I have 28' enclosed trailer in SW Pa. 2 hours SE of Pittsburgh, 1/2 hour NW of Cumberland MD. Also have large shop if needed and a close friend owns 2 local HD dealerships (Somerset Pa, LaVale Md). Have extra room if needed. I could PM phone # if you would like.

I have already created a trailer Excel Spreadsheet for my HOG chapter.  If you like I can give it to you or I would be happy to maintain this information for the CVOs. 
As far as hosting this document I can either provide a web link to my shared server or maybe the Moderators can host it on this web site via a link and password, (if recommended or needed) since it may contain personal information.
