Looks like it stops at a TC95?

I vaguely remember reading something about this in the past and it seems like at the time they mentioned only black powdercoated engines, which would have also eliminated many CVOs.

1550 engines are available for all '99-later Screamin' Eagle CVO platform based engines and all 1450cc fuel-injected Touring and Softail models equipped with the Screamin' Eagle Stage I Big-Bore Performance Kit. Carbureted 1550 engines are not eligible due to emissions laws.
