Thanks gang! Fun riding, good friends and great food! What more could ya ask for! :2vrolijk_21:

Dennis, the bike ran fine and didn't sound bad to me. But Henry thinks it sounds different so was being very cautious. I guess he'll call ya. ;)

Just spoke to Henry. They are making great time and haven't been bothered by the weather too much. They're just outside Knoxville now and should be home in about 4 more hours. Good to hear their trip home has been uneventful!

WOW!  Renea and I are SO tired.  We got home shortly after 1pmCST.  We didn't unload a thing.  Just cleaned up and crashed for a couple hours.  Then Thumper got a whore bath and a quick listen to the motor again.  I'm not sure what's up.  She tapped loud on startup when cold, then quickly got.....relatively.......quiet.  I know my neurosis provided amplification.  She ran great the entire weekend, but that tapping has/had me worried.  She didn't tap like that when started cold down here, so I don't know WTF is going on, but I need to find out before we head up to Clinton in two weeks.
Wonderful weekend!  Howie has done a terrific job with photo illustration.  Mine will certainly pale in comparison.  This was.....hands down.....the best time we've had in a great long while.  Spending time with the Howies, Binx, and Rocky was a wonderful experience.  Thanks for putting us up EH and Binx, and it was great to finally meet the GH's.  Looking forward to seeing you guys at the Hogbreath's.

On to our pictures.

Howie had some phone work to do on Friday.  Here's one of him, Cybil and Thumper.  BTW, Thump's a Girl!!!!

The scoots at Nicks.  GH still had those nasty reflectors and the engine guard sticker on his bike, and EH still had a stick on his engine guard and left saddlebag guard.  I took care of those offenses in short order.  GH was quick to notice I still have my rear reflector.  I'll take care of that before the rib nibblin'.
