Congratulations!  And if you think you're emotional now...wait until you drive off and leave her on campus!  I have a feeling Steph will continue to amaze you with her many accomplishments - whether small, big, or HUGE!  You better get ready!  She will never take "No!" for an answer and is going to take the world by storm.  Get lots of film, a few scrapbooks, and sit back and enjoy the ride!

Godspeed,

V

I can barely see the screen Henry, as I'm sharing tears of joy with you.  Way to go Steph!!!  Congrats on your graduation and acceptance into college. I know with your will and determination, the world better watch out, cuz you're going to take it by storm!!  Henry and Renae, you have quite the young lady there and even though I haven't met y'all yet, I share some, it would be impossible to share all, of your pride in her.  As VGirl stated, take lots of pictures of this young phenom and sit back and enjoy the ride...she's going to go places.   :2vrolijk_21:

Congratulations Steph!  I just love it when the youth set goals and won't back down from them until they are accomplished.  The best of luck in your future endeavors and may opportunity continue to present itself before you!  Henry and Renea, I know you must be so proud.  Steph's persistence and determination to reach and exceed her goals speaks volumes about the two of you as well.  I love to see these things work out so well.

By the way Henry, there's probably not a dry eye on the site!

(Steph, engineers really do make the world go 'round - a fitting career path for someone with your tenacity and determination!)

Henry, I hope you don't mind, here is the original thread you started last year.  As everyone can see, the goal was clearly stated and NOW IT'S BEEN ACHIEVED!

Stephanie, you ROCK!  I know it's been painful and you have taught us all what it really means to "endeavor to persevere "

Henry,

Stephanie's determination and accomplishments are apparently a great testament to the way she has been raised.  Congrats to you & your Mrs.

And a big CONGRATS to Steph.  Keep up the good work girl.

Thank you all so much.... But I know I couldn't have gotten this far without the two people that have always been by my side from falling off my bike in the street and having daddy carry my inside so mom can get it cleaned up, the night of my accident and through all those nights in the hospital, to the night that I graduated and I know there will be many more challenged that will cross my path...but those two people are my Mommy and Daddy. I love them both so much. I been so blessed to be able to have a step-dad as great as mine..... but he isn't my Step-Dad. He is my Daddy. And I love you so much!....

Thank you all so much!!!
