Did you ride it there?  How'd you get home?  What's the insurance Co. doing about it?  You getting another?  Was the steering locked?  Sorry about all the questions.  That really sucks man!  I'd be tempted to go on a vigilante road rage.

I am sorry to hear this. It always amazes me how this could happen with so many people. Was it parked with other bikes or alone.
Happened to a girl friend a few years back at the Woodburn AHD in broad daylight.

So far insurance company is playing nice.It was locked up audible alarm on and was parked with all the rest of the bikes. We walked to the bike about 5 pm and it was there 945pm it was gone.Milwaukee p.d. does not have a theft investigation division so it just got put on the hot sheet and thats about it.We did ride it there our friends let us borrow a bike and coats and raingear and sunscreen and glasses to get home.It was a mess.

Sorry to hear about your bike. :(  I've had one stolen, too, several years ago.  PD in the town where I lived coulda cared less . . . would rather be out shooting radar instead of actually solving a crime, I guess :nixweiss: . . . which only added insult to injury.  Some of my personal belongings were on the bike, as well, including house and an extra set of car keys.  What a sinking feeling. :-\

Sorry to hear that you had join the site without your SEEG.  It never hurts to post some pictures if you have (not every one of them smart).  You probably gonna see all the parts on ebay.

Bummer....
For sure.  Didn't know the guy but at the pre-100th or whatever they called it in Atlanta in '02, left the concert at the speedway late and there was a guy looking for his bike.  We helped him and waited around until very nearly everyone had left - no bike.  Man that's got to be a sinking feeling.  Hopefully the insurance company won't give you any grief and will step up and you'll have another bike soon.
