hows the sound and performance? if you have them on your springer, id like to see a picture. ive got a black 08. i love the bike, but i want louder and shorter pipes. thanks

Nope. However, I did install the Vance & Hines Big Radius 2-2 and SERT on my 08 Springer. I love the sound and performance. Highly recommended.

friend got the black short shots on his 08 Crossbones, totally sick!

Nice loud old school sound & looks, but heard another rider complain you don't want to ride on his right side even though his Heritage has a nice rumble although pipes going full length.

You want louder shorter pipes, the V&H short shots should do the trick and looks great in black on the black CVO springers, chrome for the other colors.

I have them on my inferno and they are awesome. One draw back is the swing arm gets a little black. eagle 1 all wheel cleaner gets it clean. they are really loud. they look cool also.

it doesnt matter now, thanks anyway though. santa clause gave me a set of bub straigt away mids.i had it narrowed down to these or the short shots. these look like rinehart flush cuts. again thanks anyway

I put them on my 2007 and then had to change the baffles (too loud)
Also added a seat/sissy bar and detachable bags, lojack.
Have replaced the head gaskets 3 times, ECM twice and the compression releases twice.

I put the Bub 7, 2 into 2's on my '08 Springer. I love 'em. Plenty loud without being obscene. Great sound on the run up and decel. Here's a pic.
