Like the look of those rings better than the Harley product with the bar across the middle.

Those look a lot nicer.  I knew there was a good reason that I was looking for those.  Is that the stock speaker grille?  Maybe it's just the closeup photo that makes it look different, but the photo doesn't look like the cloth grille that comes stock.  Which trim rings are those?  I know there were different ones that were showing up with different price points.  If I am remembering correctly, without looking back through this thread, you got the Drag Specialties for about $29.95.

These are a definite buy. Much cleaner than the H-D ones, and all the others we've gathered in this thread so far.

Ride safely,
Louis

The grilles are from Hawg-wired, they are a stamped steel mesh. They replace the cloth grilles and retail at 19.95. Yes, the rings are the Drag units, retail on them is 29.95.

I have both in stock 8)

Be sure and remind Roger when he brings his bike in for service, that I need a pair of these. ;D...Like um a lot better than the HD ones! Melanie

After all the looking around I did, I saw a set of these hanging on display in my local leather/accessories store and took them home with me.  That seemed a lot easier than ordering them.  Mine fit quite well and I really like the looks of them much better than the HD bezels I had on there.

Do you still have the speaker rings in stock?

I keep pointing out my new speaker trim rings to people.  I think you will like them.  I've already got a few friends that saw them and wanted to know if they would be able to get the Harley ones off there.  They pulled right off.

The trim rings look sharp.  Since you found them at a local store, were they the Drag brand ones or a different brand?  They look like something I'd like but I want them to match the instrument rings as close as possible.  Much cleaner than the H-D ones with the center bar!

Yes, mine are also the Drag Specialties.  They look very nice and match the other gauges nicely.  I know I saw several others that are quite a bit more money and I can't imagine that any of them look better.  Here's a few more pics that might help.  I can now see, with the closeup photo, how my right one is mounted just off center.  You can't see that in person, so I'm not going to worry about it.  The entire bike needs a good bath about right now.
