2 hours (just kidding) Actually, my friend worked sporadically on it for two days.

That looks Sweeeeet!  I would like to see a picture of you sitting on the bike? Do your arms go straight out or up?  :nixweiss:

Also could you post a list of parts you used for the conversion?   :nixweiss:

Thanks now mine will have to be done and soon!  :2vrolijk_21:

Will do by Sunday at the latest, possibly sooner if I can. :2vrolijk_21:

Okay Faceracer, right before my wife and I rode down to Sacramento for the Easy Rider's Pre-Party at Sac Harley today (about 25-30 miles from our house) I took a couple of pictures of her on the bike in our driveway to give you an idea of the height of these 14" Paul Yaffe Monkey bars. My wife and I are about the same height (5"9") so this will give you a good idea of the handlebar height relative to should height and arm position. :2vrolijk_21:

I'll post the part number's that we're required to complete this new Handlebar project Saturday or Sunday at the latest and if anyone has any questions, feel free to ask. These new Handlebars really gave the bike a whole new attitude :2vrolijk_21:

Highjagger, when I called Paul Yaffe, I explained that I needed the throttle side of his handlebars reamed out to an inside diameter of .875 for 6 inches, which they did for me  before they welded the bars together (I believe). Therefore, the bars arrived at my house ready to go. Just as a side note, I'll be seeing Paul Yaffe this morning (who's business is in Arizona), but he's here in Sacramento, Ca. for the Easy Rider's show this morning. Anyway, on to your second question, I usually just ride with the Mustage Solo seat with a back rest (Part #79600 is the solo seat with back rest: $499.00)(Part #79356 is the 11" passenger pillon: $169.00)(Part #78032 are the chome nuts for attaching the solo seat to the fender: $8.00)(part # 78064 is the mini fender bib: $8.00). The backrest you saw in the photo is one of Harley's, it's just a little taller than the stock one.

Good looking color combo, with the bars and the SEstreet-glide wheels, that was my first thought when I saw them they would look great on a road-glide, would like to see them on a orange/black, I'm still torn between buying a silver or a orange road-glide,  :-\  have'nt got to see them side by side yet, in fact I have only seen the orange in person,  >:(
