It is a special order only item. Below is the e-mail I received from Yvette at Renegade when I inquired about it. It is also available in a 19x3.0, in case you want to run a 130/60/19 and not mess with the fender and supension.
Thank you for your inquiry. This wheel is available as a special order items. The cost for the 21x3.25" wheel is $1199; the rotors are $379 each.
The fender kit is $129; both the fender brackets and rotor centers are chrome.
The ABS sensor is an additional $50.
We typically use a Metzeler 120/70-21 tire for this application; the cost of the tire is $171. We will mount it, but we do not balance.
Dyna beads are an increasingly popular form of balancing, however I do not have any additional information about them.
The larger wheel will raise the front end less than two inches; you may lower the front end about an inch to help negate this.
