The things I've read say that they are an improvement over stock, but then almost anything would be.  It's still just an attempt to emulate a true cartridge in the fork.  You might also want to take a look at the Progressive Montotubes.

The best front end is from Traxxion Dynamics, but given that you are in Germany, getting that done would likely be difficult.

Highjagger, try a search on the site for "ricor".  There are several threads as well as some very detailed posts concerning the Ricor Intiminators.  Then check the Vendor Discount section; I'm pretty sure they offer a CVO discount.

I have them on my seeg and my sefb and can say they work as advertised. The seeg has not bottomed since. The ride on the sefb seems a little softer and I am trying to soften up the seeg by adjusting the fork oil dropping it by 1". I can tell you when pulling in the driveway I dont feel the curb on the sefb. I have had them in for over 2 years and love the results, I put Bitubo's on the back of the seeg last year and I can ride that bike as aggressive as I want and it is at the stock 1" lower setup with no bottoming issues......Roy

You never know how the company will think about some mods .
But this mod would be one that wouldn't change anything permanently...could always remove the emulators and be back just as before.  spyder

Do you have to rmeove the sharknose fairing on the SERG ? I don`t think you have to , just the fork cover and the tach-unit , the wheel and the fender . Anything else ?

I have the Intiminators in my 09 RG and the Wife has Progressive Monotube in her Bike. If the Monotubes would have been around when I did my bike they would be in it also.

I have Progressive Monotubes on my FLHRSE4 and FLSTFSE, great improvement in ride, not difficult to install and cost effective relative to other options.

Will these Intiminators influence the extended warranty ?

There's really nothing to give them reason to deny a warranty claim...if you put these in, it'll be on your dime, and if a fork seal or something like that leaks later, that would be on your dime as well.  Improvements in the suspension...I can't see anything happening that would impact any part of any kind of warranty.

I had the Monotubes and they just didn't work. There was a bump when I hit the brake and they bottomed out when I went over a curb at a gas station. Hated them. Got the Ricors and they have been great. When you hit  a hard bump, it feels like your riding on rubber. Much more control in corners too. I'd get them again.
