It's been suggested that the acronym R.U.B. means "Really Ugly Biker." Elsewhere it's been defined as "someone who sends out their chaps for cleaning."

My local dealer shipped his bike to Sturgis, flew out and picked it up, shipped it home and flew back.

There's a group locally who hangs out in the watering hole. I've never seen them actually riding, or even talking about riding.

I can go with that.  It's a lot kinder word than I was thinking was applicable.
