You know, when it becomes obvious you're dealing with a troll, the best approach is to ignore him and refuse to take the bait.  Don't post replies, and when he can't have fun stirring up chit, he will quickly lose interest and move on to another site.  Every time you rise to the bait you just encourage and entertain him.

Oh, and btw, just because I've been known to stir some chit around here doesn't mean I'm a troll.  I'm much to pretty to be a troll.
