Now that is updated it works much better...holds onto where it was overnight....and always seems to have volume after a start. But , once in a while the song is right, but the artist is wrong. I checked and it's not that way in the index.

x2 on scrolling through the modes ... also on ocasion, once your back to the ipod, scroll the song up and/or down. works every time for me ...
