I have a trailer with a Bike-Pro Wheel chock. This chock works great with a 2013 Ultra Classic CVO and 2012 Street Glide. HOWEVER it will NOT work with the 2015 CVO Road Glide. The Road Glides front tire seems to get stuck into the front of the chock. When I say stuck, I mean stuck as it takes 3 people to rock the bike back out of the chock. If I remove the rear flip up portion of the wheel chock it will still take two people to get the bike out of the chock. The front tire is lodged so tightly into the front V bar it takes two people pulling back for the bike to be removed. 

I thought the front tire on the 15 RG was the exact same size of the 13 Ultra Classic which is why I am confused as to why this is happening.

Any ideas anyone?

maybe, a little air pressure reduction when unloading! just a thought

Actually an increase in air pressure would help. A decrease would hurt.

UPDATE: I just spoke with Sharon at Bike-Pro 613-966-4000 ex 225. She stated that it is known that the Bike-Pro will NOT work with "Big Harley's" !!.

Wish I would have know this before I tried to rock my CVO RG out of the chock causing it to separate from the base plate and hitting the top of the fender. $850.00 for a new fender, I might add.

After talking to Harley about this they think that the increase to 41mm Front Forks with added pressure may contribute to the wheel becoming stuck into the Bike-Pro.

WARNING: if you have a 2015 CVO Road Glide do NOT put it into a Bike-Pro wheel chock!!!

I have just ordered a Condor wheel chock for my trailer, it should work fine.

I had 2 condors and they were great......but unloading was a bear. Some members here actually cracked their HB mounts. If you have already ordered, good luck...if not , DON'T. Do a site search for chocks, several good choices with easy unload.

  I have an "old style" biker bar. Mine has two clamps that mount to the frame of the bike. Those stay on the bike all the time. A second piece bolts to those clamps when I need to trailer it. The second piece is bolted on and the bike driven into the trailer, where the base plate is bolted to the trailer frame. Once in place a large pin with a handle on it slides through the four eyelets (two on piece that bolts to bike, two on base plate). Once in place a padlock is placed in the hole in the pin end to prevent the pin from backing out.
 
 Sounds like a lot but takes about 2 to 3 minutes from start to finish. The frame of the bike is now actually bolted to the frame of the trailer. No compression of suspension, no straps to snap. Have been using it for about the past 9 years. LOVE IT.

Re: the Bike Pro...not sure who at Bike Pro made the statement about not working with big Harleys, but a buddy and I have been using them for years, although on on a 2011 model and older.

Did you try adjusting the back "flip-up" part of the Bike Pro?  Mine has 3 adjustment levels.

I bought my '15 RG CVO in Sept and it has been parked in the same Condor, adjusted the same way, as the 99,01,04,05 & 09 that had been parked in it before. NO problems with bike being stuck or difficult to get out in either the one in my garage or the one in my Trailer. The bike has never been parked overnite in anything but a Condor.
Not sure what the problem is unless you all have yours adjusted for the incorrect tire size.
Reading the entries above it kind of sounds like folks have a different approach to removing the bike from the chock than I do, Not sure why anyone would ever "bounce" a bike enough to hit the fender on the chock, I looked tonite and it apears this would be almost impossible. I just rock back and roll out, hardly any effort.

I'll agree.  Great product at a very good price.  I park my '12 in my garage on the WheelDock.  Very easy on and off as the clamp lowers and you just roll the bike out with hardly any effort.  That's what sold me on the WheelDock.

I think he's talking about "Handle-Bar Mounts, or Clamps."  I've never cracked them, but have jerked harder than necessary, and caused the Handle Bars to get loose.  My FLHTCUSE7 comes back out of my Condor a lot easier than Ol' Maudie did.  Condor is hard to beat, IMO.  Later--HUBBARD

And I wasn't totally uphappy with mine. My Son was always with me and 2 people made it cake . My are gone mainly because I sold my trailer.....but I didn't put Condors in the new one.
